How are the bicycles shipped?

All Bluejay Bicycles are shipped 85% pre-assembled in a reinforced heavy-duty box. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat using the included multi-tool kit.

What is your return policy for bikes?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bicycle in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the bike must be in like-new condition.

Do Bluejay Bicycles come with a warranty?

Yes, every new bicycle includes a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on all original components and electronic parts against manufacturing defects.

How do I choose the right frame size?

We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. Generally, our 'Small' fits riders 5'0"-5'5", 'Medium' fits 5'6"-5'10", and 'Large' fits 5'11"-6'4".

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we partner with specialized providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select the financing option at checkout to see if you qualify for 0% APR interest.

How often should I service my bicycle?

For optimal performance and safety, we recommend a professional tune-up every 6 months or every 500 miles, whichever comes first.
